When you use a tool, your pages are transmitted securely to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your result and are then discarded. We do not store your manuscript on our servers, and your work is never used to train AI models. We retain only non-content metadata about the run (e.g. token counts and cost) for billing and reliability.

We use necessary cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser; where required, we ask for consent before non-essential cookies.
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, email [PRIVACY EMAIL]. You can also delete your account, which removes your profile and associated data subject to legal retention needs.
We keep account, Sparks, and run-metadata for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Manuscript text is not retained (see above).
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Fiction Anvil is not directed to children under [16]. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
